Visions Dreams and God's Will for a Marriage Partner

Does God give visions or dreams to show his will for a particular marriage partner?

Does God give pastors or elders dreams to tell their members whether they should marry a particular person?

In the Scriptures we do not see God giving Christians visions or dreams to communicate to them his will for who they should marry nor do we see the Lord giving visions and dreams to pastors or elders concerning who members of their church should or should not marry.
